Babelson’s “BBCMP” dynamics processor (normally $149) is now available for free.

A special feature of the BBCMP is that it allows the operator to split the incoming signal using low-pass and high-pass filters.

These allow processing (compression, limiting, expansion, gating) to be applied to each band separately.
