Changes in 1.8
In 1.8, in addition to introducing many new features, we have adapted a large collection of existing open source code to work within Surge. We would like to especially thank these authors (listed in the changelog) for making their software available, for their kindness in consulting with us about adapting their software to Surge, and for being part of the free and open source music software community. We are grateful!
- New skins, including the beautiful “Royal Surge” skin and the much-improved Classic and Dark skins
- New filters with multiple new filter models
- Full implementation of the multi-segment envelope generator (MSEG) as a modulation source
- Many Airwindows FX available in the FX chain
- An amazing array of new content! Over 2000 presets in the library!
